Nscale Limited and its affiliated entities (“Nscale”, “we”, “us”) use selected third-party service providers to support the delivery of our services.
This page identifies providers that may process personal data contained in customer data on Nscale’s behalf (“Customer Personal Data”). It does not cover providers used solely for Nscale’s marketing, recruitment, human resources, finance, internal collaboration or other activities where Nscale acts as controller. It also does not cover third parties acting as independent controllers.
Our requirements
Nscale requires each sub-processor to:
- process Customer Personal Data only for the agreed purposes;
- protect Customer Personal Data using appropriate technical and organisational measures;
- maintain confidentiality and restrict access to authorised personnel;
- assist Nscale in meeting applicable data-protection obligations; and
- delete or return Customer Personal Data in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Where processing involves an international transfer requiring safeguards under UK or EEA data-protection law, Nscale uses an applicable lawful transfer mechanism. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an adequacy regulation or decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, or another mechanism permitted by law.
Processing locations may vary according to the service configuration, customer region and approved sub-processors used by the provider.
Current sub-processors
Not every sub-processor applies to every customer or Nscale service. Data centre providers may have controlled physical access to infrastructure but do not have routine logical access to Customer Personal Data.
Platform and service delivery
Some providers may act as independent controllers for particular activities. Their own privacy notices apply to processing undertaken in that capacity.
Changes to this list
Nscale may add or replace a sub-processor where necessary to provide, secure or improve its services.
Nscale will update this page and provide additional notice where required by the applicable DPA. Any contractual right to object to a new sub-processor, including the applicable grounds and objection period, is governed by that DPA.

Other providers
Advertising platforms, marketing analytics services, recruitment systems, employee systems and internal business tools are not included on this page because they process personal data for Nscale. Information about Nscale’s controller-side processing is provided through the applicable privacy notice and cookie notice.
