Nscale SpeakUp
At Nscale, maintaining a strong ethical culture is a shared responsibility. We encourage everyone to speak up if something doesn’t look or feel right. If you have a concern, you can raise it with your manager or the People Team.
If you don’t feel comfortable doing so, you can also report it through Nscale SpeakUp, a secure, independent platform to support you in coming forward.

Tell us what happened
As Nscale employees, we each have a shared responsibility to do the right thing and to speak up if we see, hear, or suspect that something isn’t quite right. Getting in touch with us is quick and easy and you have the option to remain anonymous, where permitted by law.
Report your concerns safely
You are our eyes and ears and you don't need to worry about raising a concern. At Nscale, we strictly prohibit intimidation or retaliation against anyone who contacts us in good faith to share a concern or who assists with an investigation.
When you share a concern with us, you have our commitment to handle it discreetly, involving only those needed to review and/or remediate it. If you are ever concerned about possible retaliatory action, report it immediately to your manager, People Team, or use Nscale SpeakUp.
To learn more about what happens after you make a report via Nscale SpeakUp, please refer to the reporting and investigation process section below.

Reporting and investigation process
Note: This is a high-level process overview for guidance and is non-contractual. The process involved may vary depending on the region, country and nature of the concern.
1. Voice your concern
After you voice your concern, you will be contacted by the assigned Case Manager (normally from People Operations, Compliance, or Health & Safety teams) as soon as possible to discuss the issue. In most jurisdictions, you may choose to remain anonymous. If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide as much detailed information as possible (i.e., who, what, when, where, why, and how) and attach any relevant documentation. This will enable a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding the report.
2. Initial assessment
Based on information you provide, your assigned Case Manager will check for conflicts and develop an investigation plan. The Case Manager will keep you updated on the status and any additional information that may be required via the Vault secure chat called “Open Reporting Platform,” or other means you feel comfortable with.
3. Information gathering
Further investigation meetings may be needed including a fact-finding meeting with the subject of the concern and relevant parties on a need-to-know basis, which may include management. The details of any complaints or concerns received are handled discreetly to safeguard you.
4. Review
On completion of the investigation, a determination regarding the appropriate outcome will be made by a multi-disciplinary board, considering the facts of the case. A range of disciplinary and non-disciplinary outcomes may be considered. Due to confidentiality, these outcomes are generally not shared with you.
5. Completion
You’ll hear from your Case Manager when the review is complete. If you have any remaining questions in the future, you can contact your Case Manager.
