Free June 30th event at the former Mason County Armory brings together major employers, apprenticeship programs, and education partners

POINT PLEASANT, W.Va. — Nscale is announcing today its Monarch Compute Campus’ job fair, a free, public, one-stop shop event that will connect job seekers with leading local employers who are supporting the development of the data center and with local educational institutions. Opportunities at the fair range from early career and apprenticeship programs, through to technical jobs and opportunities to pursue higher education. The job fair will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 12 noon to 7:00 p.m. at the former Mason County Armory and is open to the public.
The fair will feature booths from employers working with Nscale and actively hiring across the region, including Ames Construction, Apex, Boyd CAT, ERM, Kiewit, Rettew, Thrasher and Nscale. These companies are hiring for a range of roles across the construction and operations of the data center and are seeking candidates with a variety of backgrounds. Attendees can speak directly with recruiters and learn about open positions available today and in the months ahead.
Alongside the employer booths, education and training partners will share information on certificate programs, associate and bachelor's degree pathways, and workforce development resources Partners include Marshall University, the Mason County Career Center, Mountwest Community & Technical College, and West Virginia University.
