Nscale Appoints Sam Huckaby as President of Data Centers

Sam joins Nscale to lead global data center build, operations, and capital deployment

Nscale today announces the appointment of Sam Huckaby as President of Data Centers.

Nscale is bringing on world-class leadership to execute and deliver its expanding AI infrastructure footprint across Europe and North America. Joining the leadership team, Sam will oversee global data center build, operations and capital deployment, ensuring Nscale delivers the reliability, sustainability, energy efficiency, and performance that AI workloads demand.

A seasoned veteran of the industry, Sam comes to Nscale from Oracle, where he served as Senior Vice President of OCI Data Center Infrastructure. In this role, he was responsible for global data center build, operations and deployment across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Prior to that, Sam held several senior leadership roles at Vantage Data Centers, including Chief Operating Officer for North America, VP of Construction, and Chief Development Officer in EMEA. Across his career, Sam has built and led high-performing teams that have developed hyperscale data center campuses for major cloud and enterprise clients.
