Nscale PyTorch Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This free prize draw ("Promotion") is operated by Nscale Operations (UK) Limited, registered office c/o Zedra Booths Hall, Booths Park 3, Chelford Road, Knutsford, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA16 8GS ("Promoter"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with X (formerly Twitter) or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are attending the event and are able to be present at the Nscale booth at 3:00 PM local event time on 21st October 2026 for the prize draw and collection of the prize.Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate family members, as well as anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter. Entrants' X accounts must be public at the time entries are verified, or at minimum accessible to receive a direct message. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable local law.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must, before the closing time:

• Follow @Nscale on X;
• Complete the official entry form (accessed via the
  QR code/link on the Nscale flyer) providing:
  - X handle
  - Email address (used solely to contact the winner)
  - Country of residence
  - Confirmation that they are aged 18 or over
  - Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice (mandatory)

Only one entry per person and one X account is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period
Entries must be submitted via the official entry form by no later than 12:00 PM local event time on 21st October 2026. Entries received after this time, or that do not meet all entry requirements, will not be valid.

5. Prize
The prize is one (1) LEGO® Arcade Machine. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from the Nscale booth immediately following the draw and for any costs associated with transporting the prize thereafter.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid, verified entries on 21 October 2026. The draw will take place at approximately 3:00 PM local event time at the Nscale booth. Prior to the draw, entries will be checked to confirm eligibility and remove duplicate or incomplete submissions. The winner will be selected using a verifiably random process or under the supervision of an independent observer. The Promoter may draw one or more reserve winners in case the first winner is not present or is found to be ineligible.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced at the Nscale booth at approximately 3:00 PM local event time on 21 October 2026. The winner must be present at the Nscale booth at the time of the draw and must claim the prize in person. If the selected winner is not present, does not come forward when announced, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select a reserve winner. Once the winner's eligibility has been confirmed, the prize will be handed to the winner at the event. The Promoter will not deliver or ship the prize

8. Privacy
Personal data collected as part of this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Promoter's Privacy Notice, available at https://www.nscale.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering this Promotion you consent to the processing of your personal data.The email address provided will be used solely to contact the winner. All other data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Entrants may separately and optionally opt in to receive marketing communications; this opt-in is not a condition of entry and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues.

10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Final Decision
The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights that an entrant may have under the laws of their country of residence, which continue to apply notwithstanding this choice of law.
