Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This free prize draw ("Promotion") is operated by Nscale Operations (UK) Limited, registered office c/o Zedra Booths Hall, Booths Park 3, Chelford Road, Knutsford, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA16 8GS ("Promoter"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with X (formerly Twitter) or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate family members, as well as anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter. Entrants' X accounts must be public at the time entries are verified, or at minimum accessible to receive a direct message. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable local law.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must, before the closing time:

• Follow @Nscale on X;
• Repost the official Nscale RAISE giveaway post; and
• Complete the official entry form (accessed via the
                QR code/link on the Nscale flyer) providing:
  - X handle
  - Email address (used solely to contact the winner)
  - Country of residence
  - Confirmation that they are aged 18 or over
  - Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice (mandatory)

Only one entry per person and one X account is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period
Entries must be submitted via the entry form by no later than 3:00 PM CEST on 9 July 2026. Entries received after this time, or that do not meet all entry requirements, will not be valid.

5. Prize
The prize is one (1) Nintendo Switch console. The prize
is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, import charges, or other costs arising in their country of residence in connection with acceptance or use of the prize.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid, verified entries on 10 July 2026. Prior to the draw, entries will be checked to confirm eligibility and to remove any duplicate or incomplete submissions. The draw will be carried out using a recognised random-selection method, conducted independently and witnessed to ensure fairness and that each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. The Promoter may also select one or more reserve winners in case the first winner does not respond or is found to be ineligible.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the X handle and email address provided on their entry form. The winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this window, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select a reserve winner. Delivery details will only be requested once the winner has been confirmed as valid.

8. Privacy
Personal data collected as part of this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Promoter's Privacy Notice, available at https://www.nscale.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering this Promotion you consent to the processing of your personal data.The email address provided will be used solely to contact the winner. All other data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Entrants may separately and optionally opt in to receive marketing communications; this opt-in is not a condition of entry and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues.

10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Final Decision
The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights that an entrant may have under the laws of their country of residence, which continue to apply notwithstanding this choice of law.
