Nscale Appoints Latha Maripuri as Chief Information Security Officer

Latha joins to spearhead Nscale’s global security strategy, engineering and operations

Nscale today announces the appointment of Latha Maripuri as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Nscale operates and safeguards some of the most critical intellectual property and data our customers own, making security a core element of trust and differentiation.

‍

Latha will define and execute Nscale’s global security vision, ensuring protection is engineered into every layer of the company’s platform, infrastructure, operations, and culture from day one. She will oversee the security stack and organization end-to-end, with full accountability across physical security, information security, infrastructure security, and supply chain security.

Latha brings over 25 years of global leadership experience across cybersecurity and engineering. Most recently, she served as CISO at Uber, where she led a comprehensive transformation of the company’s cybersecurity strategy and organization. Prior to that, she was Global CISO and Deputy CTO at News Corp. She also held several product and technical leadership roles at IBM.  Across her career, she has built high-performing teams, driven innovation while effectively managing risk, and strengthened customer trust.
