Alice Takhtajan joins Nscale as the new Chief Financial Officer after over 20 years at J.P. Morgan
We are excited to announce that Alice Takhtajan is joining as Nscale’s new Chief Financial Officer on December 26th.
With Alice’s arrival, Ron Huisman will move to be Nscale’s Chief Accounting and Finance Operations Officer, leading finance operations for Nscale’s global expansion.
Alice brings deep capital markets expertise from her decades long career working for J.P. Morgan in New York. Most recently, she worked in the Equity Capital Markets team, leading coverage for the Tech, Media and Telecom sectors. Alice has advised global companies and their boards on capital raising and strategic positioning, leading the execution of numerous IPOs and equity raises.
Alice’s appointment marks another important step in building a world-class leadership team positioned globally to support the increasing demand for Nscale’s platform and to advance our long-term strategic goals. As a Europe headquartered AI cloud, with an increasingly global footprint, Nscale will need to tap into the deepest capital markets at scale to help finance the roll-out of critical AI infrastructure in Europe, the US and beyond. We are thrilled to have Alice join us in the next phase of our growth.
In her new role, Alice will oversee all financial operations at Nscale, partnering closely with our executive team as we scale our global footprint. She will also lead the build-out of our New York office. Her leadership and experience will be instrumental as we continue building the financial and operational infrastructure needed to support rapid growth, deepen customer relationships, and broaden market presence.
This appointment comes following major milestones for Nscale, including the appointment of Nidhi Chappell as President of AI infrastructure, an expanded deal with Microsoft to deploy approximately 200,000 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs across Europe and the largest Series B in European history at $1.1 billion.
